I don't remember my username

Let's get started with the basics - early versions of Mustbin used an e-mail address as the "username" for customers while later versions used the customers' phone number. The migration service allows you to enter either an e-mail address or phone number.

If you're not sure which you used, try both your e-mail and your phone number. The Mustbin app, unfortunately, doesn't provide a way to determine which one you might have used. It's OK to try the migration with more than one of your e-mail addresses / phone numbers.

Note: If using a phone number, precede your number with the country code. For example, if you're based in the United States or Canada, the format will be 1 555-555-5555.

I don't remember my password

You may be saying to yourself "I never created a password for Mustbin, I use a PIN." or "I can't remember my password." This can be easily addressed inside the Mustbin app; just follow these steps:

1. Open the Mustbin app and enter your PIN if prompted

2. Go to your account settings by tapping on the silhouette of a person in the upper left-hand corner of the app

3. Tap on "Privacy and Security"
