How do I message my client?

LifeSite Pro allows you to message your client individually in a secure manner. To be able to send a message, your client must have already created an account and accepted your request to access his or her account. You can not message clients whose invitation statuses are pending or declined.

To send a message, click on the message button next to your active client's name. You will be taken to the messaging page where you can send a message to start a conversation. Your client will receive this message in their LifeSite Vault message center.
