How do I enable two factor authentication (two-step verification) on mobile?

Turning on two factor authentication is a great way to enhance your account security. Follow the below steps to turn on this feature from the  mobile app.

  1. Go to the home screen.
  2. Tap the menu  button in the top left corner of your screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap to expand the ‘Settings’ menu.
  4. Go to ‘Two Factor Authentication’ in the Settings menu.
  5. If `Disabled’ has a checkmark next to it, tap ‘Enabled’. (If ‘Enabled’ has a checkmark next to it, you already have Two Factor Authentication activated!)
  6. Tap ‘Add Contact Method’ in blue to add a new method to the ones shown.
  7. Choose between adding a Phone number or Email to send the confirmation message to when you first login. Whichever option you choose will create new boxes for you to enter your information twice.
  8. Tap the ‘Save’ button in blue to add your new contact information to your list.
  9. Tap the blue ‘Save’ button to update your changes.
  10. The device will ask for your LifeSite Vault password to confirm enabling this feature. Enter your password into the prompt and hit ‘OK’ in blue.
